🐾 Return Eligibility
You have 180 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify, your item must:

Be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Have photos submitted showing the product’s condition
Note: Items returned without approval or required documentation will not be accepted.

A brief explanation of the issue or reason for return
Our support team will review your request and reply with the next steps if your return is approved.
🐱 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.
🔄 Exchanges
Want something else? The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
(Keep in mind your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.)
